Pathways And Programs

Sequenced programs with prerequisites, so a role's next step unlocks when the last one closes.

  • Learning Pathways: author a sequence with prerequisites and unlock gates.
  • My Pathways: the learner sees the same sequence, with steps locked or unlocked.
  • Learning programs support role-to-pathway progression, so the pathway follows the position.

Mentorship And Coaching

A pairing register for mentors and coaches, with a learner-side view of both sides.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: an admin register of mentor to mentee pairings.
  • My Mentors: the learner view of who is coaching them.
  • My Mentees: the coach view of their cohort.
  • Pairings live inside the same tenant boundary as the training record, so there is no separate directory to keep in step.

A pathway step closes on the completion record that recalculates the live score and writes the held-competency record. Mandatory rules put the right course in front of the right position.
