Document Control is included in full with Compliance + Learning. On the Compliance base it is a $25 add-on like the rest: add it here, or move up to Learning and the whole module comes with it.
Lattice Learn modules are never sold separately. They are included in Compliance + Learning.
Why is Learning in the base, not a $25 add-on?
Because the LMS lives inside the compliance schema: the same system, not connected to it. Learning and compliance share one data model, so completing a course is a compliance event, not a file to import.
- A completed course updates the live compliance score the moment it finishes. No export, no reconciliation.
- Mandatory rules auto-enrol employees by position, so the matrix and the courseware are driven from the same rule.
- A high-risk-work licence verified through External Competency Review is enforced at the PPE pre-start gate before the task can begin.
- Controlled documents embed directly into courses: one schema, not a SCORM package bolted on after the fact.
