Audit log export adds XML and XLSX, plus a time-spent report. Tenants can run the platform on their own custom domain. Text and badge contrast now meets the WCAG AA 4.5:1 threshold (self-assessed), with sign-in and 2FA announcements checked with NVDA.
Six governance registers: obligations with key-date renewal reminders at 30, 14 and 0 days, delegations of authority, conflicts of interest, gifts and benefits, policy attestations and board decisions. A GRC Intelligence dashboard sits on top, with controlled-document links into the registers.

Document Control gains a visual workflow builder: states, steps, guard conditions, automations and HMAC-signed webhooks. Every attachment uploaded on any module is now antivirus-scanned and held until it comes back clean.
On-site compliance for external contractors: company and worker register, location-triggered inductions, geofenced check-in, a six-check right-to-work gate with auto-suspend cascade, emergency SMS and voice broadcast, and a key and swipe-card register. $150 per contractor per year on active profiles only; contractors pay $0.
Lattice Learn went to production inside the compliance schema: a completion is a compliance input, not an export. Versioned authoring with approval, SCORM, cmi5 and xAPI playback, LTI 1.3, qualifications and QR-verified certificates, auto-enrol by position with master distribution, and AVETMISS export for RTO tenants.
