Every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled not-for-profit gets Lattice Look free, forever. Nothing is asked in return.

Free means free.
Here is the whole of it, written out so there is nothing to read between the lines.
Every module
The training matrix, the compliance engine, Lattice Learn, inductions, incidents, psychosocial health, contractor management, PPE, document control, the lot. Not a limited tier.
No employee cap
Twelve staff or twelve hundred, it makes no difference to what you pay, which is nothing.
No expiry
Forever means forever. There is no trial window, no renewal date and no point at which an invoice appears.
Implementation and data load included
We set the platform up and bring your existing records across, at no charge.
Support on the same channel as paying customers
The same people, the same queue, the same response.
The offer is complete as it stands. There are no conditions attached to any of it.
No case study, no testimonial, no minimum usage, no reporting back to us, and no obligation to act as a reference.

Who qualifies
Three things, and that is the whole test.
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander owned and governed, not-for-profit, and employing staff.
Qualifies
- Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs)
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services and Family Violence Prevention Legal Services
- Aboriginal child, family and early years services
- Land councils and native title bodies with paid staff
- Aboriginal community housing providers
- Aboriginal community-controlled education bodies and RTOs
- Aboriginal media organisations and peak bodies
Does not qualify
- Government agencies, including Aboriginal affairs departments
- Mainstream NGOs and corporates running an Indigenous program
- University centres
The distinction is community control: owned and governed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, not merely serving them.
Where it is genuinely unclear, the answer is yes.
Take it up
Tell us who you are. That is the process.
There is no sales call and there are no qualification questions. Five fields, and a reply from a person.
You can also stand the platform up yourself straight away, without waiting for us. If you would rather we did the setup with you, we will. Hands-on onboarding is offered to everyone who asks for it and it runs as a queue, so we will tell you plainly where you sit in that queue rather than name a date we cannot keep. A long queue is never a reason for us to say no.

One thing we would value.
We would genuinely value your permission to show your organisation's name and logo among those using Lattice Look, and we would be proud to display them.
Permission is entirely at your discretion and revocable at any time, and it has no bearing on the offer. The offer is identical either way: every module, no employee cap, no expiry, free implementation and free support, forever. We extend it on the same terms to every organisation that qualifies, whichever they choose.
Clause 10.4 of the Terms is written to match. For organisations on this program the Terms grant no name or logo licence at all, and none arises unless you give it expressly and in writing.
Always was, always will be
Aboriginal land.
Lattice Labs acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we live and work, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and to the Elders of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across this continent.
We acknowledge that these lands were never ceded. Sovereignty was never given up, and the connection of First Peoples to Country, culture and community continues unbroken.
Lattice Look is built in Melbourne, on Country that has been cared for continuously for tens of thousands of years. We recognise the oldest living cultures on earth, and the knowledge and custodianship that long predate anything we build.
