We saw organisations drowning in spreadsheets

Lattice Labs exists for one gap: the distance between what the regulations require and what an organisation can actually track.

What we heard
Compliance officers, safety managers and executives across Australian local government told the same story: twelve Excel tabs, expiries missed by a fortnight, three weeks of manual audit prep.
What was on offer
Generic project tools held together with workarounds, or enterprise systems with 18-month implementations and licence costs that needed a tender.
What we built
